Sauro earns another state Gatorade honor
WILLIAMSTOWN – Williamstown High School will need to make room for yet another banner honoring a Gatorade state athlete of the year award. On Tuesday, Alyssa Sauro received word she was selected as Gatorade’s Girls Track and Field Female Athlete of the Year for the state of West Virginia. The award comes on the heels of her Gatorade Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year for the entire state this past academic year.
