Two killed in Greenville Co. crash

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has confirmed two people were killed in a wreck early Sunday morning in Greenville County.

Just before 3:30 a.m., the Coroner’s Office was called to a scene at Augusta Road and Princeton Highway in Honea Path.

According to the coroner’s office, the wreck occurred when a pickup truck going south on Augusta Road crossed over center and a van headed north.

The coroner’s office has identified Shamika Maria Ramirez, 34, of Hodges, as the driver of the van.

The driver of the pickup truck was identified as 23-year-old Evan Harrison Bridges of Honea Path.

The wreck remains under investigation by the coroner’s office and state highway patrol.
