Ahi and Vegetable has been serving the islands for more than 16 years. With a proud background of sourcing local ingredients, customers can expect a fresh array of menu items. You can find their popular items such as: Bento 01 (Spicy Ahi, Salmon, Ahi, and California Rolls), Bento 07 (Spicy Ahi, Shoyu Poke, and Spicy Salmon), Chirashi Bowl (Ahi, Salmon, Hamachi, Ika, Ebi, Ikura, Masago, Tamago, Choy Sum, and Pickled Ginger), Sashimi Special Veg (Ahi, Salmon, and Hamachi Sashimi), Rainbow and Hot Night Roll, and their ono Inari Bombs at all of their locations.

Besides their a la carte menu items, Ahi and Vegetable also offers all you can eat options starting at $35.00 per person at their Kapalama and Ewa Beach locations. They also have happy hour and catering options upon request at their many restaurants.
