SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS)—With school soon starting, electronic speeding cameras placed in local school zones will resume clocking drivers’ speeds and issuing citations. Shreveport City Council approved a hearing officer designated by the mayor to act as an independent third party for violation concerns from the public.
