The 4th of July is a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time with friends and family. This guest blog features some fun, creative, and fulfilling activities to add to your celebration. Monday through Thursday, July 8-11, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Join local artist Debbie Campbell for a painting workshop on the essentials of watercolor. Students, ages 10 and up, will learn watercolor techniques and express their creativity while learning about color, composition and perspective. Fee is $75. All materials provided. Spanning across four towns, the Heald Tract offers this kind of diversity as a great New Hampshire pond hike. It’s also a wonderful place to spot the local wildlife.
