City offers new option to pay utility bills
Customers can now pay their City of Fremont utility bills in cash at Baker’s, Walgreens, Love’s and Dollar General. Officials said to go to the one-time City of Fremont online customer portal and select “cash” as the payment option. Then, choose your preferred retail store. You’ll be sent a special barcode by either text or email (your preference) to bring into the store.
