FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Four people have been displaced following a fire at a duplex Wednesday morning, according to the Fayetteville Fire Department. Crews were dispatched to a residential structure fire in the 2700 block of Rivercliff Road in the Rivercliff Villas area around 6:40 a.m. Wednesday, the department said. The first unit to arrive on scene saw smoke showing from a one-story duplex and declared a working fire, requesting more crews to the scene.
