HORNELL, N.Y. ( WETM ) — Some Hornell residents will need to find new places to park on Thursday morning.

According to the City of Hornell , the Department of Public Works will be milling Seymour Street, Vincent Street, Spruce Street, and Canisteo Street from Pleasant Street to the bridge on Thursday, July 25. The department will also mill Pardee Street and Leach Avenue if there’s enough time.

Parking won’t be allowed on any of these streets starting at 7 a.m. on Thursday. Residents will need to find different places to park their cars for the day before 7 a.m.

The city says that there will be an increase in heavy truck traffic on and near the streets listed above during milling.
