Stefon Diggs roasted after falling off pilates machine mid-workout: ‘Get yo ass on’

Stefon Diggs learned the hard way that pilates isn’t just a stretch.
The Texans’ new wide receiver was caught falling off a pilates machine during a workout alongside free agent running Leonard Fournette — and fellow Houston pass-catcher Tank Dell enjoyed the video clip thoroughly.
“man get yo ass on @stephondiggs,” Dell posted to his Instagram Story with three laughing emojis.
Diggs, it seems, needed a little humbling from the workout.
“‘Sh-t is not even that hard FR,'” pilates instructor Stefania Uche Okolie wrote over video of the Diggs-Fournette workout in her Instagram Story. “The camera roll determined that statement was cap.”
The 30-year-old began the 2023 season — his fourth season with the Bills — strong, leading the league in receptions. However, his performance declined after the Bills fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and promoted QB coach Joe Brady.

While the team experienced a resurgence, averaging 27 points per game and a final stretch of six wins in seven games, they fell short of a Super Bowl appearance once again, following a heartbreaking 27-10 loss to the Chiefs – the 2024 champions – in January’s divisional round.
Diggs had eight touchdowns and 107 receptions for 1,183 yards.
Houston also reached the AFC Divisional Round in the 2024 NFL playoffs but suffered a 34-10 loss to the Ravens, ending their postseason journey.

Despite the loss, the team had a solid 2023 season, achieving their first winning season since 2019 with 11 wins.
Much of the optimism around Houston comes with QB C.J. Stround and Dell, who recorded 709 receiving yards and set a franchise rookie record with seven touchdown receptions last season before a broken fibula ended his campaign in December
With Diggs in the fold — alongside Stroud, Dell, breakout receiver Nico Collins and free-agent running back Joe Mixon, hopes are as high as they’ve ever been with the Texans.
