Houston Texans fans return the favor to the team by selling out season tickets for 2024

The Houston Texans have never had more hype around them than they do now, and rightfully so. They were one of the best teams in football last year and went from a three-win team to a playoff-winning team with a rookie head coach, a rookie offensive coordinator, and a rookie quarterback.

So, the natural and human thing to do is to think they will only get better with time and experience. And then you add on the crazy offseason they had - the new uniforms, signing Danielle Hunter , and trading for Stefon Diggs and Joe Mixon, and it makes even more sense.

And, they believe that they can be better, too. And, that's where the confidence comes from with the fans. So, they felt the need to give back to the team, and in doing so, the season tickets for home games were all already sold out, and the season wasn't even here yet.

"You hear about season tickets being sold out, and I feel that excitement around town, no matter where I go," head coach DeMeco Ryans said after Tuesday's practice.

"It's humbling to see the amount of support. You feel the support here in Houston, and it shows that they want to be a part of it. They want to show up and support us. I'm very fortunate for the fans who sacrificed to buy season tickets, and to be there to make our place a home-field advantage for sure."

It starts with Ryans, who has been one of the key cogs behind this all. Now, the team will need the stadium rocking on game days to get that ultimate home-field advantage.
