Mather Promoted to S-C Vocal Music Director
The Sedalia School District 200 Board of Education has approved the promotion of Avery Mather to vocal music director at Smith-Cotton High School. Mather, a member of Smith-Cotton’s Class of 2017, has been the music teacher at Horace Mann Elementary the past two school years. Mather will lead high school vocal music education, including direction of auditioned choirs and the New Score Singers show choir.
