The city of Fayetteville’s water and sewage division recently announced new water-use restrictions in certain parts of the city as an attempt to combat potential shortages from now until September. (According to True Crime News,) in Rogers, Arkansas a disturbing incident unfolded at a local convenience store involving Samuel Pletcher aged 33 who has been ordered to undergo a competency evaluation after allegedly attacking his co-worker with an X-Acto knife. The assault took place on June 6 at the Kum & Go on West Pleasant Grove Road. Reports indicate that Pletcher stabbed the victim multiple times in the head and face area. Police were alerted promptly following a distress call from a witness who reported the violent attack.
