SPRINGTOWN — Springtown widow Dranda Hopps still has voicemails saved on her phone from her late husband, who recently died after testing positive for West Nile Virus. The recordings might sound mundane to the average listener, but Dranda Hopps kept them, and when she thought the voicemails were lost, it was important enough to her to retrieve them.
