    Hudsonville giving away SuperScoop ice cream bars for National Ice Cream Month on July 25

    As part of National Ice Cream Month, Hudsonville Ice Cream will distribute SuperScoop ice cream bars for free from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, July 25 at a variety of pop-up events in the South Bend area.

    The locations are Central Park in Mishawaka , Kid’s Kingdom at Potawatomi Park and Howard Park in South Bend, on Long Beach, and around city hall in Michigan City .

    Look for Hudsonville’s street team, dressed in yellow tie-dye shirts, to receive one of the free bars.

    Founded in 1926 in Hudsonville, Mich., and now based in Holland, Mich., the company describes the SuperScoop bars as made “with thick, creamy swirls” of black cherry, blue moon and vanilla ice cream.
