Minn. man pleads guilty in armed robbery case
BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) - A Minnesota man pleaded guilty Friday in the armed robbery and assault of an elderly man in Barron in December. Court documents show that on July 19, 33-year-old Ryan Charpentier of Little Canada, Minn., pleaded guilty to armed robbery as party to a crime with an increased penalty for an elder person victim. Charpentier was charged as one of two suspects in the armed robbery and assault of an elderly man in Barron, Wis., on Dec. 19, 2023.

FRIDLEY, Minn. — It's been two years since Becca Boser has seen her brother, Matt Tuttle. On July 18, 2022, Boser said her brother had gotten out of jail. His friend picked him up, and the two went bar hopping in downtown Anoka. The friend dropped Tuttle off at his apartment at the end of the night.
