West Milton, Pa. — A Union County man is accused of raping a woman who fell asleep in a living room. Police arrested Daniel Edward Pendergrass, 30, of West Milton, after responding to the scene on July 14 at a home in Kelly Township. Trp. Police: Inmate caught concealing Suboxone in clothing
Lewisburg, Pa. — An inmate in Union County was charged for concealing Suboxone while he was incarcerated, police say. A correctional officer at Union County Prison found the Suboxone on March 26 while doing a search on 22-year-old Coal Nevin Inch. The officer noticed there was a rip in the waistband of Inch's shorts. When he took a closer look, the officer found a small, plastic Ziploc bag inside the rip that contained an orange pill that he suspected was Suboxone, according to the affidavit. ...

A Westmoreland County man has pleaded guilty to providing drugs that caused the overdose deaths of two women in Spring Township more than two years ago. Timothy J. King, 38, entered a guilty plea on Wednesday for two felony counts of drug delivery resulting in death, Centre County Assistant District Attorney Julia Lockman said.
