Josh Flagg just made a major sale. According to The Real Deal, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent was the listing agent for a 2.7-acre estate that Judy Garland once owned. The home, built and commissioned by architect Wallace Neff in the same year Garland was cast in The Wizard of Oz, was sold for $11 million.
