A suspect in the shooting of a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper has been arrested in Caldwell County. Kentucky State Police said Blaze Rucker, 29, was an occupant in a vehicle along with another male when, on Friday, a Tennessee trooper conducted a traffic stop on I-40 in Putnam County near the Burgess Falls exit.
