East Carolina seniors cornerback Shavon Revel and wide receiver Winston Wright Jr. have both been announced to the East-West Shrine Bowl Watch List, according to a release from ECU Media Relations. The East-West Shrine Bowl is a postseason college all-star game that provides the opportunity for some of the best draft hopefuls to compete against one another in front of scouts in practice, and on game day.
