Motorcycle rider killed in Dallas crash; two people charged
On July 19, 2024 at about 8:45 PM, Dallas Fire Rescue and Police responded to an accident call at Southwell Road and Harry Hines Boulevard. The preliminary investigation determined a motorcycle occupied by two individuals was traveling northbound on Harry Hines Boulevard. A 20-year-old man was driving a truck southbound on Harry Hines Boulevard when he turned left on Southwell Road and crashed into the motorcycle.

Tarrant County won’t renew its contract with a youth justice nonprofit because of concerns over initiatives the program mentions on its website.
