Wildfire reported near Sand Hollow

UPDATE: According to a Facebook post by the Sand Hollow Fire Protection District , a large and rapid response from neighboring departments provided welcome assistance in extinguishing a wildland fire that certainly had the potential to grow exponentially with the incoming weather system.

Crews will remain on scene until incident is determined to be controlled, when that will be is undetermined at this time.

The Sand Hollow Fire Protection District is asking the public to avoid Pearl Road while the District works to extinguish a wildland fire.

The Fire is burning near Pearl Road and Oasis Road.
