PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Sellersville man was sentenced to 12.5-25 years in state prison for raping a 15-year-old girl in a Giant grocery store parking lot, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced Monday.Miguel Angel Sanchez, 33, pleaded no contest in May to multiple counts of rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, trafficking individuals and other related crimes, according to the DA's Office. (Lancaster County, PA) -- A woman was arrested in Lancaster County yesterday for allegedly trying to kidnap a child at a restaurant. State Police say 59-year-old Lisa Rossi grabbed a four-year-old boy inside the Terre Hill Family Restaurant and tried to leave with him, but his mother was able to block her from exiting and took him back after a struggle. Rossi then fled the scene but was tracked down and taken into custody. She reportedly claimed to troopers that she tried to kidnap the child because she had a "vision."
