Eudy had two separate stints with WWE, both of which included headlining the company's top annual event, WrestleMania, first as 'Sid Justice' against Hulk Hogan in 1992 when many viewed him as a potential long-term successor to Hogan as the company's top star, and again as 'Sycho Sid' in his second of two reigns as WWE Champion against The Undertaker in 1997.

Eudy was a six-time world champion, having won the World Heavyweight Championship in the defunct World Championship Wrestling promotion twice, as well as a two-time Unified World Heavyweight Champion for the defunct United States Wrestling Association twice.
