50 Cent is opening up about the "wild" experience he had when he first met Eminem years ago.

The "In da Club" rapper was on the latest episode of the Million Dollaz Worth Of Game podcast where he shared the story about when he met the "8 Mile" artist in person for the very first time, and apparently he wasn't sure how it was going to go, per People . Speaking to co-hosts Wallo and Gillie Da Kid , 50 Cent said he thought he was going to be "punk'd," referring to the hidden camera reality show hosted by Ashton Kutcher that pranked unsuspecting celebrities.

"It was wild. Remember that show they had, Punk'd ? I though they had cameras and they was gonna come out and say, 'You've been punk'd,'" he said.

50 Cent said he took precautions in the lead-up to meeting with the other rapper, including wearing a bulletproof vest, but fortunately the meetup went smoothly.

"He flew me to LA, I came out. I was so bugged out from the experience that I came through the airport with the [bulletproof] vest and s--- on ... I get there and he's like, 'Yo,' he hugs me," he said, adding that he was in disbelief, "It felt so good that it couldn't be right."

50 Cent gave more insight into their friendship during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in July, including the claim that Eminem is the reason why 50 Cent performed in the star-studded Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2022 because he "wouldn't do it without me."

The "Houdini" rapper added that 50 Cent is "like a brother to me" and "has proven again and again that there's really nothing he can't do, and nobody gets in the way of him getting it done."
