Stepping into Tryzub Ukrainian Kitchen, I was immediately struck by the colorful and elegant interior, complete with large windows that offered perfect photo opportunities. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it a great spot for a leisurely meal. I started with the Fried potato & cheese varenyky and the Tatar's cheburek 'Crimea is Ukraine!', both of which were delightfully flavorful and served in generous portions. The Chicken Kyiv was another highlight, perfectly cooked and just as satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The staff, particularly handsome, were knowledgeable and eager to share details about the dishes. I also tried the New-Style Banosh and the Smokey Odessa cocktail, both of which were exceptional. Despite a slight delay in service during a busy period, the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere more than made up for it. This place is definitely on my list of top recommendations for a unique and delicious dining experience.
