The Kazakhstani Milk Tea paired with a delightful pastry basket was a comforting start, though I found the tea slightly milder than expected. However, the Kazakhstani Rice Porridge was a standout, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor, earning it a well-deserved perfect score from me. The Layered Pancake was another hit, especially with its creamy dipping sauce that complemented it beautifully. The staff, composed mainly of Kazakhstani women, were not only patient but also incredibly helpful in explaining the dishes and making recommendations. The warm bursauk, a fluffy fried dough served with fruit jam and quymaq, was a crowd favorite, and rightly so. The ambiance is modern yet inviting, making it a great spot to experience authentic Kazakh cuisine. While I was disappointed to miss out on the Tary porridge due to it being sold out, it gives me a perfect reason to return.
