Tech entrepreneur acquires Tahoe's oldest waterfront bar
A tech entrepreneur and investor from San Francisco has acquired Tahoe’s oldest waterfront bar, Chambers Landing, on the west shore. Chris Fanini, best known as a co-founder of Weebly, was an investor in a group that acquired Chambers Landing Bar and Grill in 2023 and took over the restaurant and bar from its previous management, Rick Brown. The property is still owned by an organization made up of Chambers Landing homeowners.
