Aliyah Boston's Opinion of Caitlin Clark Duo Nickname Is Unmistakably Clear

The Indiana Fever have a bright future, thanks to their young duo of Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark, the top picks in their respective draft classes.

That may not be manifesting in their place in the standings, but Fever fans trust that Boston and Clark will make Indiana a perennial force to be reckoned with.

Speaking of Boston and Clark, the tandem has earned the nickname ABC². A moniker with an exponent? That's certainly not common in sports. But is Boston feeling the label?

You bet.

"I see people use it a lot! I like it," Boston told a fan on X about her take on the nickname.

Boston and Clark complement each other. While Boston is more of an inside operator on offense, Clark is the dangerous perimeter weapon. Nearly 75% of Boston’s points this season have come from the shaded area. Clark, on the other hand, has taken over 65% of her field goal attempts from behind the arc.

It's just their first year playing for the same team, but they should get more comfortable with each other as the Fever continues with their season.
