Five races remain in the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series regular season, which means drivers on the playoff bubble have a limited number of chances to secure their place in the 16-driver postseason.

The first of the five remaining regular season races is the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway this Sunday. Who will be heading to victory lane? Here are five drivers favored to win this weekend.

    5) William Byron +1000

William Byron is fifth in the regular season standings, 57 points behind leader Chase Elliot. His three wins this year also have him third in the playoff picture . Byron has a career-best finish of fourth at the Indy Oval, and a win this weekend would help the 24-team build confidence heading into the playoffs. With +1000 odds, Vegas has him as the driver with the fifth-highest odds to head to victory lane.

    4) Brad Keselowski +800

Brad Keselowski has already locked himself into the 2024 playoffs, thanks to a win at Darlington earlier this year. The veteran driver finished fourth the last time the Cup cars ran the Oval in Indianapolis and won on this track back in 2018 . Keselowski has six career top-ten finishes at this track. If he can find that success again this weekend, he'll undoubtedly be in the mix to win.

    3) Ryan Blaney +750

Ryan Blaney has to be feeling good. After struggling to get a win early in the season, the defending Cup Series Champion has won two of the last five races and has finished inside the top ten in four of those five. The 30-year-old held off Denny Hamlin last week at Pocono, earning himself 40 points . Blaney finished 32nd last time NASCAR ran this race, as he was forced to exit due to the Damaged Vehicle Policy.

    2) Kyle Larson +600

Since winning in Sonoma, Kyle Larson has only had two top-ten finishes. Don't let that fool you, though, as the 5-car is a threat to win every single week. Larson sits second in the regular season standings, only three points behind teammate Chase Elliott . The California native led five laps last time NASCAR raced the Oval in Indy but placed 33rd. Larson is one of the best drivers in the Series and should be a favorite to win week in and week out.

    1) Denny Hamlin +350

Denny Hamlin got himself out of a slump, finishing second at Pocono last weekend. Before that race, Hamlin had gone five races without a top-ten outing. The 11-car seems to have its mojo back, making it a challenge to beat. Hamlin has never won at Indianapolis but has five career top-five finishes at the track. With +350 odds, he is considered the odds-on favorite to win the Brickyard 400.
