Many analysts expect two such squads — the Colts and Texans — to take a big step forward this coming fall. Their seasons kick off against each other at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on September 8 (1 p.m. ET), in what should be a very popular season-opening ticket.

Indianapolis, meanwhile, should be ecstatic that Anthony Richardson has returned to full health, Jonathan Taylor and Michael Pittman have both been locked down through at least the 2026 season, and the Colts have one of the most elite front-sevens in the NFL.
