Part of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in the North Hills region has reopened Monday evening after live high-tension power lines came down across all road lanes. The communications team for the Turnpike said around 8 p.m. that the lanes in both directions between the Cranberry (Exit 28) and Butler Valley (Exit 39) interchanges were closed.
