Carrie Underwood ended the 2024 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Week with a bang as she surprised fans by singing Waiting All Day for Sunday Night . This night was special for two reasons. Not only was this the first time that Carrie performed this song live but she was also the first female to ever headline the annual Concert for Legends. Watch her incredible performance below.

Carrie knew exactly how to cater to her football-loving fans at this event when she sang the iconic Sunday Night Football theme. She made a dramatic entrance as green and purple lights flooded the stage.

The singer-songwriter was hard to miss in her sparkling silver outfit and high silver boots. She belted out the lyrics and moved around the stage like the professional she is. Her fans weren’t the only ones who had a great time. Carrie Underwood also went to her Instagram to share her thoughts on the night .

One of her posts reads, “Had a fun night last night in Canton, Ohio at the #TomBensonHallOfFameStadium for the @profootballhof . Such a great crowd! Thanks for coming out and singing along!!!”

Carrie Underwood became famous on the popular TV show American Idol . So it is nice to see things coming full circle with Carrie being a judge on the show now. On her Instagram, she shared a post about how auditioning is so different this year.
