SFFR, Animal Control team up to rescue pig from Big Sioux River
SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls’ latest social media star is an orphan rescued from the Big Sioux River. Fire and Rescue teamed up with Animal Control to rescue – a young pig – from a sand bar. No one is sure where the little critter came from or how he got there. Humane Society officials say they’re just hopeful they can get him home in the next few days.
