Meeting set for Waupaca housing development
WAUPACA (WLUK) -- A public meeting is set for those interested in learning more about a housing development in Waupaca. The city is working with Howard-based Tycore Built to develop River Ridge North. Plans for the first phase call for 124 apartment units and 32 single-family homes. Construction is set to begin later this year.
Water Meter Inventory – We Need Your Help
The EPA and Wisconsin DNR are now requiring the Water Utility to inventory all water service laterals. Utility staff currently takes inventory of all city owned services, however does not take inventory of privately owned facilities. The utility is now required to include inventory of the size and type of services located on private properties entering all homes and businesses. The Utility is asking customers and property owners to take a photo of the water service line before & after the meter where it enters the home/building so we can determine what type and size it is.
