The opportunity to acquire a wildlife park is now a reality, with a 'safari' in central Texas hitting the market. The Franklin Drive Thru Safari is located in Robertson County and is for sale with Texas Ranch Sale LLC with Keith Payne acting as the agent.

The 240-acre property is only 45 minutes away from College Station and is home to over 100 species of animal. Included in the sale is a 5,000-square-foot home, containing five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as two living room areas, an office, a large game room with a pool, and a bar.

The luxurious home also boasts a slide, a grotto, and a cabana area with an outdoor kitchen. Meanwhile, there is also an inground pool with a hot tub.

The extensive estate also has seven guest cabins, which can be rented out as temporary accommodation. The site also contains home for staff of the wildlife park, according to the listing.

The sprawling property also contains a gift shop, a birdhouse, a reptile house, hay barns and catch pens. Potential buyers have the option to purchase the park alone, some of the homes or indeed the whole estate, as confirmed by the realtors.
