Colin Farrell lights up a screen no matter what role he’s in. In one Netflix film, he proved that his minor role was enough to steal the show.

The Irish actor featured in Guy Richie’s acclaimed film, The Gentlemen. Despite the star studded cast, many fans commented that Farrell outshone them all, including Matthew McConaughey, Hugh Grant, and Jeremy Strong.

On IMDB, @prashantmannur5 wrote: " Colin Farrell steals the show. He is the surprise of the movie. Has a role lasting only a few minutes, but outshines the entire cast single-handedly.”

  • In the film, which has an 84% Rotten Tomatoes score, Colin Farrell plays ‘Coach,’ an Irish man who runs a boxing club and insists he is not a gangster despite acting accordingly. His character dishes out hilarious one-liners and has some of the best scenes in the movie.

Though his character only has a minor role in the film, fans instantly flooded review sites and comment sections begging for Richie to adapt a film where Coach is the main character.
