A new restaurant has opened in Gallipolis, Ohio

A new restaurant recently opened its doors in Gallipolis.

On January 6, Hitched Bistro - which is a new restaurant located in Gallipolis at 3103 Centenary Rd (where Crossroad Bistro used to be) - celebrated its grand opening, according to the restaurant's social media account.

The new restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the morning, customers can get breakfast sandwiches, which can be served on buns, biscuits, or bagels. Sandwiches come with egg, cheese, and your choice of one of the following meats: bacon, sausage, or ham. The breakfast menu also includes banana nut muffins as well as blueberry crumb muffins.

Later in the day, customers can get appetizers such as loaded cowboy nachos (which consist of tortilla chips that are covered with melted cheese, jalapenos, bacon bits, green onions, and your choice of one of the following: shredded chicken, pork, or chili sauce), mozzarella sticks (which can be served with either ranch or marinara), loaded tater fries (which consist of French fries that are covered with melted cheese, bacon bits, and green onions), battered pickle spears, and the soup of the day.

As for main courses, the menu includes options like a footlong hot dog (which can be topped with ketchup, mustard, onions, peppers, or jalapenos; the restaurant also offers a 6-inch hot dog), pulled pork sandwich (which is served on a brioche bun; the pulled pork can be covered with sauce upon request), and fried bologna sandwich, which comes with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, and mayo. Hitched Bistro also offers some burgers like the house burger (which includes a quarter-pound beef patty, cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, and ketchup), the whole farm burger (which is topped with cheese, bacon, and egg), and southwestern burger, which is topped with cheese, fresh jalapenos, and BBQ sauce.

The restaurant also offers pizza, which can be topped with the following: cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, diced ham, green olives, black olives, mushrooms, and/or banana peppers. Customers can also get chicken tenders, bone-in chicken wings, and boneless chicken wings. The wings can be served with one of the following sauces: garlic parmesan, smoked Applewood BBQ, mild buffalo, or Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

If you have room for dessert, Hitched offers Reese's peanut butter cookies, triple chocolate cookies, and blonde brownies.

The new restaurant is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 9 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
