A new restaurant has opened in Hilliard, Ohio

HILLIARD, OH - A new McDonald's restaurant has come to town.

If you're a fan of McDonald's, you might be interested to know that the chain has opened a new location in Hilliard at 5239 Riggins Rd. According to this social media post from the local chamber of commerce, the new location celebrated its grand opening on June 27 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The new location, of course, offers McDonald's staples like Big Macs, quarter pounders, fries, and more.

In addition to burgers, the chain offers breakfast items like biscuit sandwiches, McMuffins, hash browns, McGriddles, hotcakes, sausage burritos, and oatmeal. The chain also offers some coffee drinks like caramel macchiatos, cappuccinos, caramel cappuccinos, French vanilla cappuccinos, mocha lattes, Americanos, iced coffee, Oreo frappes, caramel frappes, and mocha frappes.

Also on the menu are some chicken sandwiches like the McChicken and Deluxe McCrispy (the latter of which comes with a crispy chicken fillet, shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and mayo; the chain also offers a spicy version of the sandwich), the Filet-O-Fish, and chicken nuggets, which you can dip into sauces like tangy BBQ, sweet and sour, honey mustard, creamy ranch, and spicy buffalo.

If you're in the mood for something sweet, the chain offers their signature McFlurry desserts (you can get them with M&M's, Oreos, or Kit Kat Banana Split), chocolate shakes, strawberry shakes, vanilla shakes, caramel sundaes, hot fudge sundaes, chocolate chip cookies, apple pies, strawberry & creme pies, and vanilla cones.

Avoid this location. Painful experience even ordering. They couldn’t ring up what I ordered correctly (which was just a bundled meal, not like a “No lettuce, extra tomato” situation. There was something weird, almost wirey in my fries. Thought they would have had time to work out some kinks but no.

New McDonald’s with bad customer service, they didn’t care if we’re missing another order on are drive thru visit, they just shoved it through the window and closed it, we had the necessity to park and get in the place to asked for our coffee order and it took them an eternity to deliver.

The new location's drive-thru is open Monday to Sunday from 4 AM to 12 AM. The restaurant and lobby are open Monday to Sunday from 6 AM to 10 PM.
