A new restaurant has opened in Ottawa, Ohio

OTTAWA, OH - A new restaurant has opened downtown.

Earlier this month, the new brewery/restaurant Ottawa Brewing Company opened its doors at 202 W Main St, according to the restaurant's social media account.

Ottawa Brewing Company's beverage menu includes some draft beers, cocktails, seltzers, and wines. If you don't drink alcohol, the establishment serves soft drinks, lemonade, and fruit punch.

As for food, the restaurant offers appetizers such as Bavarian pretzel sticks with beer cheese dip, antipasto (which includes various meats, cheeses, seasonal jam, stone ground mustard, olive tapenade, pickles, and crackers), brisket nachos (which come loaded with house-smoked beef brisket, molasses BBQ sauce, jalapeno queso, sweet corn salsa, chipotle crema, and cilantro), mushroom flatbread (which is topped with sherried cremini mushrooms, asiago, ricotta, mozzarella, smoked bacon, sundried tomatoes, sweet balsamic glaze, and spring onions), buffalo chicken flatbread, chicken wings, smoked salmon dip, and stuffed jalapenos, which are filled with blue crab meat, cream cheese, scallions, roasted red peppers, sharp cheddar, smoked bacon, and breadcrumbs.

Also on the menu are some salads, mac & cheese, garlic parmesan fries, soup, herb smashed Yukon gold potatoes, and smoked cheddar grits. In addition, the restaurant has sandwiches like burgers, hot chicken sandwiches, and the Ottawa Belt, which comes with turkey breast, avocado spread, bacon, lettuce, tomato, a fried egg, and honey chipotle aioli.

For dinner, the restaurant offers dishes like adobo chicken (which is served with cilantro lime jasmine rice, pinto beans, pineapple salsa, and honey chipotle aioli), bone-in pork chop (which comes with smoked cheddar grits, roasted tomato & rosemary butter, and the vegetable of the day), coulotte steak (which comes with herb smashed Yukon gold potatoes, whiskey peppercorn sauce, and the vegetable of the day), and Creole shrimp risotto.
