NILES, OH - A restaurant chain known for its chicken is planning to open a new location in the city soon.
Are you a fan of Mad For Chicken? If the answer is yes, you might be glad to hear that the restaurant chain is opening a new location in Niles at 5851 Youngstown Warren Rd. According to this update from the restaurant, the Niles location is expected to have its soft opening on September 1.
Furthermore, per this social media post from the nearby Star Nails & Spa (which is located at 5943 Youngstown Warren Rd), the spa will be collaborating with Mad For Chicken to give customers some vouchers to celebrate the restaurant's soft opening.
Mad For Chicken is known for their soy garlic chicken and other Korean-inspired fare. The chicken is covered with a thin layer of flour before being double-fried and covered with sauce. In addition to the chain's signature soy garlic sauce, Mad For Chicken offers spicy garlic sauce, golden BBQ, hickory BBQ, buffalo, sweet & spicy, serrano chili, and mango habanero. The chain has wings, drumsticks, tenders, and thighs. For those who don't eat meat, the restaurant offers vegetarian chicken fried in vegetable oil.
The chain also has appetizers like fries (which come with ketchup and spicy mayo on the side), parmesan truffle fries (which are topped with truffle oil, garlic, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese), kimchi fries (which are topped with onions, kimchi, and scallions), beef chili fries, mac & cheese, Mad nachos (which are loaded with Monterey Jack, cheddar, beef chili, corn, pico, jalapenos, spicy crema, and guacamole), edamame, and kimchi vegetable dumplings.
Some locations also offer bowls like the crispy chicken bowl (which comes with rice, signature crispy chicken, Korean glass noodles, steamed vegetables, romaine, corn, pico, guacamole, hickory BBQ, and crema), bulgogi bowl (which comes with rice, beef bulgogi, Korean glass noodles, steamed vegetables, romaine, a fried egg, hickory BBQ, and crema), veggie bowl (which comes with rice, vegetarian chicken, avocado, romaine, pico, grape tomato, corn, and mustard vinegar dressing), and burrito bowl, which comes with rice, beef chili, corn, pico, jalapeño, romaine, guacamole, tortilla chips, and crema.
