A new restaurant has opened in Toledo, Ohio

TOLEDO, OH - A new restaurant has come to the city.

Are you craving Mediterranean food? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out the new restaurant Sam's Mediterranean Grill, which is located in Toledo at 332 N Erie St. According to the restaurant's social media account, Sam's celebrated its opening day on September 2.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, the menu includes items like veggie omelets (which are filled with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, and cheese), turkey bacon omelets, waffles, pancakes, and hashbrowns with turkey sausage.

Later in the day, customers can get appetizers such as fried okra, fried mushrooms, onion rings, hushpuppies, cheese sticks, fried green tomatoes, and fried pickles. Also on the menu are some salads like a fried shrimp salad, chicken shawarma salad, and Greek salad with feta.

Sam's also has sandwiches like a chicken sandwich (which has Sam's sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, and salt & pepper), fish sandwich (which has Sam's sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, and salt & pepper), gyro, kafta sandwich (which has onions, tahini, parsley, and tomato), burger (which is topped with lettuce, tomato, mushroom, onion, pickles, and cheese), and more. If you're looking for a vegetarian option, the restaurant offers a falafel sandwich with onions, tomatoes, pickles, tahini, and parsley.

Furthermore, the restaurant has seafood like fish fillets, crab cakes, and jumbo shrimp. In addition, Sam's offers grape leaves, shawarma meals (which come with rice and salad), mixed grill meal (which comes with shawarma, 2 kafta, 2 tawook, hummus, and rice), chicken wings, and chicken strips. As for sides, the restaurant offers hummus, fries, green beans, red beans & rice, hashbrowns with cheese, and pita chips.

If you have room for something sweet, Sam's has dessert options like baklava, cheesecake, fried pie, Nutella waffles, and Lotus waffles. If you want something to drink, the restaurant serves soft drinks, sweet tea, and coffee.
