Police: 2 suspects wanted for attempting to use stolen credit card in Islandia

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people who tried to purchase items at an Islandia store with a stolen credit card. Authorities say the credit card was taken from the Walmart at 1850 Veterans Memorial Highway in June. Shortly after, the duo attempted to purchase over $550 worth of merchandise inside BJ’s Wholesale Club at 1000 Old Nichols Road. The purchase was declined, according to police. Anyone with information is urged to call 1-800-220-TIPS. "
