Acosta-Parra has been a Recreation Leader for the City of Kerman Parks and Recreation Department since 2021. She served on the Kerman Youth Commission from 2021 to 2024. This position does not require Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem. Acosta-Parra is a Democrat.
