Police Identify Victim of Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash on Schoolhouse Road
Franconia Township Police have released the identity of the teen killed in a single-vehicle crash on Schoolhouse Road earlier this week. Police were dispatched to the scene at 7:15 a.m. on June 26 for a report of a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Halteman Road. Arriving officers found that a Ford sedan had left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
Teenage girl shot, injured after fight ends with gunfire in Montgomery County
A teenage girl was shot and injured after a fight broke out in Pottstown, Montgomery County.It happened at approximately 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on Myrtle Street in the Bright Hope Community.Officers say they responded to reports of a fight involving multiple teenage girls.According to police, shots were fired as a result of that dispute.When police arrived at the scene, officers found a 14-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to her chest.She was treated at the scene and transported to a local trauma center. Donald Green, 43, Fatally Shot on Friday Night
CAMDEN – Donald Green, 43, of Camden died early Saturday morning after being shot multiple times about an hour earlier near the 1000 block of Liberty Street, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. The Camden County Police Department ShotSpotter technology alerted officers to apparent gunfire at 11:35 p.m. and when they arrived at the scene they found Green wounded. 3-year-old injured after being bitten by dog while leaving corner store in Philadelphia
A 3-year-old was injured after a dog repeatedly bit him in West Philadelphia on Tuesday.It happened just before 6 p.m. on the unit block of North 57th Street.Officers responded to the scene after multiple 911 calls reported that a child was being attacked by a dog.Upon arrival, police say they found a 3-year-old boy on the sidewalk with several dog bites along his arm.The child and his mother were then transported to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where the boy is in stable condition.According to police, the child was with his mother at a corner store near where they live.The boy reportedly walked out of the store first, and when he did, the dog jumped off a neighboring porch and attacked.Witnesses say the dog was not leashed or behind a fence.Officers described the dog as a mid-size Rottweiler. Investigators also say the attack seemingly happened for no reason.Authorities were able to contain the dog at the scene.Police later returned the dog to its owner, where the animal will need to be quarantined indoors for 10 days while the investigation takes place.
Warrington Police Stop a Man Allegedly Trying to Break into the Front Door of a House
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA—Warrington police intervened when a 33-year-old Ambler man was allegedly trying to break in the front door of a house in broad daylight. Police said that on June 27, Steven Joseph Delpopolo was on Tabatha Drive when he tried to break into the front door and front windows of a house.
