Operation Lone Star Tightens Texas Border

"Operation Lone Star" continues to tighten Border Security along the Rio Grande in Texas.

Texas has added airboats to its small navy that is patrolling the river border with Mexico.

"Texas continues to use all available tools and strategies to secure our southern border." -Texas Governor Greg Abbott

Meanwhile, the State sent out a shout-out on Twitter thanking out-of-state troops for pitching in to help Texas troops in their border security mission:

While the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) released footage of the result of a joint patrol with the Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley which led to arrests:

Further away from the Border, the DPS is reporting a drug bust near Houston following a traffic stop:

While in El Paso, the Border Patrol reports taking down "stash houses" containing more than two dozen migrants:

Just another busy week for lawmen "holding the line" along the Texas Border.
