Last week was a very bad one for Mexican Cartel Cocaine Smugglers along the U.S. Southern Border with Mexico.

We start in Brownsville, Texas - where U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) officers Wednesday discovered 15 packages of cocaine weighing in at 34.48 pounds (worth $460,379 on the street) hidden in a car crossing into the state from Matamoros, Mexico.

The car & cocaine were seized by U.S. Federal Agents - who also arrested the U.S. citizen attempting to smuggle this drug load into the country.

The morning before - in Temecula, California - a U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) K-9 alerted officers to another big load of cocaine inside of a SUV they stopped on I-15. CBP officers found more than 80 pounds of cocaine within 31 bundles worth more than a half-million-dollars hidden inside that truck.

On Thursday, CBP Officers at the Del Rio, Texas International Bridge found 14 packages containing more than 37 pounds of cocaine worth $498,645 in yet another SUV crossing into the U.S. from Ciudad Acuña, Mexico.

That's about a million and a half dollars worth of cocaine seized by CBP Agents in just one week!
