JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – The woman accused of killing two people in a DUI crash in Jackson last year wants the court to throw out evidence about her alleged intoxication.

According to court documents, Jada Kelly’s lawyer wants to suppress the results of a breathalyzer test taken the day of the crash. Investigators said Kelly had a blood alcohol level of 0.18. The legal limit is 0.08.
