JPS offers extended registration for 2024-25 school year

JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Leaders with the Jackson Public School District (JPS) announced parents will have an opportunity to register their children for the 2024-25 school year.

The registration event will take place on Saturday, July 20 at Kirksey Middle School from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The school is located at 5677 Highland Drive in Jackson.

Parents may also take advantage of JPS’s extended registration hours lasting until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 18 at the Poindexter Complex, located at 1017 Robinson Street in Jackson.

Parents are reminded to bring their ID and two valid proofs of residency during registration.
