Jacksonville, FL – According to the police officials, the young teen, later identified as 16-year-old EIi, was taken into custody and later charged with murder and other charges in connection with the death of 38-year-old EuIaIia. Police officials said the boy shot the woman in the head while she was holding her 1-year-old baby. Luckily, the little baby was not harmed. The 38-year-old mom was suffering from life-threatening injuries when officers arrived on scene.
