Josh Hines-Allen compares Jaguars to Pittsburgh Steelers in one noteworthy aspect

Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Josh Hines-Allen is among three recent Jaguars' draft picks who received contract extensions from the team.  In addition to Hines-Allen, Tyson Campbell and Trevor Lawrence have new deals.

Hines-Allen recently talked to NFL Network about how important it is for the Jaguars to keep this talent on the roster.  He compared the Jaguars to the Steelers in allowing young drafted players to grow into their roles and become team leaders instead of exiting via free agency.

The question remains whether the Jaguars with these three key draft pick extensions and notable free agency acquisitions can put all of the pieces together and make another playoff run.  They were a surprise contender in 2022 but missed the playoffs last season.  With more money invested and experience earned, Jags fans hope this team can bring the postseason party to Jacksonville again this season.
